Positive: It was one of the best places we’ve stayed so far. We stayed at Jean-Christophe’s place for only two nights, but I’d say it’s suitable for both short- and long-term stays. It has everything you need, and everything is in great condition. The whole place was very clean, and we were provided with fresh bedding and towels (even beach towels!). As soon as you enter the apartment, you can tell it was decorated with great care. There are grocery stores, bakeries, and restaurants nearby. The tram stop and the beach are also just 10 minutes away on foot—so the location is excellent. Jean-Christophe is an awesome host, with great recommendations about Nice. Communication with him was seamless and very friendly. Thanks for hosting us! If we ever come to Nice again, we’ll definitely stay at Jean-Christophe’s place.
