The home's ground level hosts a full apartment with modern finishes, full kitchen and washer/dryer, while also featuring a gym and additional bedroom. Make your way up to the 2nd level which hosts the main living room w/ fireplace, open kitchen, dining room with seating for 12, laundry room, powder room, and two bedrooms, each with their own full baths. The upper level is complete with a large sitting room (optional 6th bedroom) that flows through to the master suite boasting 2 private balconies, lighted tray ceiling, wet-bar w/ mini fridge, walk-in closet, and 3-sided fireplace that connects to the en-suite bath. Summary: I stayed at this property the first week of January 2025, it was beautifully and tastefully decorated for Christmas. The house was incredibly comfortable with every amenity you need to have a comfortable stay. The small gym was a huge plus for us, every detail of the house is designed to make it a perfect space to share moments with your loved ones. The property manager was very responsive and helpful. We found the location to be just perfect, close historic sites and walking trails as well as to the city.
