Summary: This was just perfect for my Academy Reunion stay! A little treacherous getting there in the dark, but the owner's instructions were right on! Location VERY convenient to all Academy events. Place was cozy and just what I needed. Property was beautiful and I even hiked right from the front door and climbed the hoodoos...highly recommend!! Gorgeous view from up there! One suggestion would be to have a small supply of paper plates/cups/untensils on hand for guest use. There were only a couple and I found myself reusing/not having enough as I was there 4 nights. There is a microwave, so I ate breakfast and dinner a couple times in the room. Thanks for a fun and easy stay!!
