Pets: Only Dogs ( must be approved by host with breed verification). Sorry no CATs. No exceptions.
This Cozy studio is brand new and features new laminate flooring, an air-conditioning unit and high-speed internet. The kitchen features a small refrigerator, gas range stove, Microwave, coffee maker, toaster, and all the utensils for your culinary needs. There is also a fire stick TV with Channels, please log in to your amazon, or Netflix to use.

Keep any noise low after 10pm. Any cited noise violations will be deducted from the security deposit. This is a VERY quiet neighborhood, Therefore, If you are having some sort of celebration and need a home where you can party, play loud music or make a lot of noise, this is NOT the home for you.
Street Parking is the designated parking area and is available.

Guests agree to keep premises in good condition and be financially responsible for any items missing or broken. No Smoking permitted inside the house at all.
