1 - It's really hard to find an apartment with a better location than mine! You can walk from my house to the shore of the Caspian Sea in 6 minutes and to the taxi stand in less than 2 minutes from my house. It is a great way of economical transportation. So you can go to tourist places quickly and cheaply. It has the best access to entertainment centers with beautiful views, cable car, beautiful Caspian beach, Dalkhani forests, modern and local shopping centers, local restaurants, museum, airport and beautiful Javaherdeh village and dozens of entertainment places.
2- Staying with me includes:

3- I can provide almost anything you need in Iran at a reasonable price and good quality, such as:

- Reservation of accommodation in other cities

Note: You cannot use your credit cards in Iran, but I can book anything you need with your national card.
4- The rooms are clean, comfortable and private.
6 - Foods, foods, foods! Iran has great food (personal opinion!). I will tell you which ones are the best and introduce you to the best restaurants in Tehran, Yazd, Shiraz and Isfahan! If you want, I will also prepare a traditional Iranian dish for you :)
7- Restaurants, shopping malls and 3 types of Iranian bakeries... suppose that almost everything you need during your stay is close to home!
8- Don't worry about your activity hours or sleep or eating time. If you follow the simple "rule of cleanliness" and "don't make noise when someone is sleeping" everything will be fine!
