Intimate and cozy vignettes designed with a blend of comfortable MCM and period pieces, luxurious bedding and linens with special attention paid to quality memory foam beds and varying quality pillow choices (soft/med/firm) in all bedrooms, fully stocked kitchen with every possible gadget a home-chef would appreciate - including a Jura Espresso Machine w/ frother (beans included).
Items provided inclusive of rental: Pureology Shampoo & Conditioner, body wash, Mrs. Meyers hand soap and lotion, Death Wish Coffee Beans, Tea and sunscreens.
Located in the Tahquitz River Estates area which is convenient to downtown featuring 4 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms with 2447 Sq. Ft. +/- interior space and 10,000 Sq. Ft. +/- exterior space.

House Rules:
1. No Parties, Events or Filming/Shoots allowed unless approved in writing by Property Owner and all requirements are submitted/approved in writing/separate and additional fees will apply.
2. No unauthorized guests without written pre-approval from Property Owner.
3. Booking Requirements - all Occupants must provide valid Driver's License from the state of residency / Passport scans (International guests). All Occupants must sign "Waiver of Liability".
4. Maximum 3 cars allowed on property / per rental and must provide plates.
5. Due to severe pet allergies we are not able to accommodate pet stays.
6. Primary Occupant must sign Property Owner's Vacation Rental Agreement with Property Disclosures.
7. Standard Check- In Time @ 4:00PM. Early Check-In is not available. All check in times are by appointment. Your scheduled check in time is 4PM. Our Property Manager will wait 15 minutes post scheduled time then will leave the property. Check in will then be subject to a rescheduling fee of $100.00 and Property Manager's availability.
8. Late Check-Outs subject to availability and must be approved in writing by Property Owners and you agree to the following fees: 12:30~5:00P – $450.00
9. All persons must be 25 years or older unless accompanied by an adult or legally authorized supervising adult.
10. Max Authorized Over-night Occupants = Eight (8). TWO (2) DAYTIME GUESTS ARE ALLOWED. Ten (10) PERSONS TOTAL INCLUDING REGISTERED OVERNIGHT GUESTS REGARDLESS OF AGE MAY BE ON PROPERTY ONLY WITH PROPERTY OWNER'S APPROVAL IN WRITING, Due to neighbor/noise issues, people other than those in the Vacation Rental Agreement may not enter the property without written authorization from Property Owner.
11. Palm Springs Occupancy Tax of 11.5% & 1% TBID Tax is included in rental for all bookings 30 days or less.
12. iLikeEich is privately owned. Occupants/Guests/Licensees personal property, including vehicles are not insured by Homeowner against loss or damage due to fire, theft, vandalism, rain, water, criminal negligent acts of others or any other cause. Homeowner does not insure against personal injury to occupant or guests due to any reason other than the condition of the premises. It is recommended that Guest carry or obtain traveler’s insurance to protect occupant, guests and personal property from any loss of damage. Guest agrees to indemnify, defend and hold harmless Homeowner from all claims, disputes, litigation, judgments, costs and attorney fees resulting from loss, damage or injury to Guest, occupant’s guest or their personal property. By accepting this reservation, it is agreed that all guests are expressly assuming the risk of any harm arising from their use of the premises or others whom they invite to use the premise.
13. No minor children are allowed on the property or in pool/spa without adult supervision at ALL times.
14. Keep the property and all furnishings in good order. If you move any furniture, please move it back before leaving.
15. An inventory of all household items is conducted following each check-out and Guest will be charged for any missing items. Breakages, if reported, will be handled with a lot more forgiveness.
16. The fireplace and firepit are both gas and not wood burning. Please do not load any combustible items in the firebox/pit. Do not leave the fire unattended. Close fires before going to bed or leaving the house.
17. The house is on a public sewer system. Do not flush anything other than toilet paper. Please place all vegetable peels in the trash rather than the garbage disposal.
18. Situated in the low desert, electricity is not always as reliable as in other cities. There are occasional power outages. In the event of any short term or extended power outage, call the Homeowner or emergency contact numbers provided in the information book. Homeowner is not responsible for power outages or failure of equipment.
19. WILDLIFE: Because we do not allow pets of any kind at iLikeEich, it is home to many wild birds and animals including large wild cats that prey on domesticated pets . Please do not feed them or allow them to come into the house. It is common to see bobcats, coyotes in and around the streets near heal of the San Jacinto Mtns.
20. NO SPECIAL EVENTS OR PARTIES: iLikeEich is located on a 10,000 sq. ft. lot in a peaceful and serene area. Please be respectful of neighbors relative to any loud noise and music. iLikeEich cannot accommodate group events.
21. Guests are to securely close and lock all doors and windows upon departure. Turn off coffee maker and appliances. Turn off electric wall heaters. Check for running water, running toilets, and empty trash into receptacles before leaving.
22. The Guest’s Security Deposit is fully refundable if the house is left clean and undamaged. Refunds will be made within 14 days after check-out.
23. STORM/ ACTS Of GOD/ IN EVENT OF FORCE MAJEURE POLICY: STORM/ ACTS Of GOD/ IN EVENT OF FORCE MAJEURE POLICY: No refunds can be given for any events including but not limited to: storms, acts of God, bad weather, power outages, streaming video content becomes unavailable, WIFI goes down or neighboring construction noise.
24. (A)Stays 7 days or longer require mid-stay cleans at the cost of $250.00/clean every 2 weeks. If your booking request is longer than 7 days we will need to revise your quote and resend it for your review and payment. Daily cleans are available and need to be requested in advance so we can coordinate with crew. (B) Daily cleans are $150.00 and will require a revised quote be sent for review/payment. (C) Should the property be left in poor/excessively bad/dirty/soiled condition that requires the cleaning crew to stay beyond their contracted 4 hour check out clean; an extra cleaning fee will be deducted from your Security Deposit at the time of check out at a rate of $350.00 min with an additional $50.00 each additional or fraction of an hour after 1st 2.5 hours of overtime.
WRITTEN EXCEPTIONS: Any exceptions to the above rules and policies must be approved by the owner in advance.
