Besides your own pool, there’s a large community pool, splash pads, clubhouse with exercise room, pickle ball courts AND extra large parking facilities for your toy hauler trailer, boat, or travel trailer. With views of Red Mountain and Snow Canyon, you can bike, walk, jog or get adventurous on your own mountain bike, ATV, UTV or other ride and go for miles and miles. Book a night at Tuacahn Theater For The Arts and make time for multiple hikes in Snow Canyon State Park. Or, just a few miles away you can paddle board, kayak at either Ivins Reservoir or a 20 minute drive to Gunlock Reservoir. Both small enough to allow limited boating and a more personal experience. After your day of adventure, soak in your pool and spa while dinner is served in the open air back patio. The upstairs offers a 2nd family room for the kiddos to play and watch TV and the upper level deck has a gas fire pit to decompress with your favorite beverage as you see southern Utah sleep but for a few hours until you awaken to a NEW DAY, new FUN and new MEMORIES. Summary: The best place (of many) we’ve stayed as an extended family!!! The kids loved the pool, the moms loved the Uber clean & beautiful rooms, the teens loved the pickle ball & late night fire pit gatherings, & we all loved the hot tub! We would definitely stay here again!!!
