A modern kitchen has everything you need to satisfy your culinary desires. There is a large breakfast bar here with several high-top stools, as well as a separate “more formal” dining is for 8-10 - so everyone can eat together inside if desired.

There are two bedrooms on the main floor - a converted playroom with a queen bed, and a 2nd room beyond the kitchen with 2 twin beds.
