Positive: The location is perfect for visiting friends in the south Villages area. Beautiful home. Very clean and well appointed. Would stay again.
Negative: These are not really things we didn’t like, just some maintenance issues: The doorbell did not work; you could not hear it in the house. The refrigerator water filter needed to be replaced. Please put some towel racks in the master bath for hanging wet towels. The email instructions for checkout were a little inconsistent with the written instructions left at the property. The only thing I didn’t like, was that tenants should bag up their trash and put it out on the street-the garbage was not picked up for two days with trash sitting out on the street for animals/rodents to rummage through, and also not a nice sight for the neighbors.
Summary: Super location! Beautiful home and gorgeous inside with plenty of room. Definitely recommend!
