Tranquil house nestled into a creekside on coveted West Sea Level Dr, a private gated street with only 12 homes in the Broad Beach community. From the doorstep, enjoy a short peaceful stroll to sandy Lechuza Beach - one of the most scenic, secluded beaches and best kept secrets in Malibu.
This magnificent pied-a-terre was designed and built by Davida Rochlin AIA, to be in perfect harmony with nature's surroundings. Soaring ceilings and floor to ceiling windows wonderfully illuminate the first floor open concept great room/kitchen/dining to perfection as you relax with your friends and family after a perfect day on the beach. The beautiful Ipe Brazilian walnut stairs will lead you to your expansive primary bedroom with ocean view terrace, 2nd bedroom and bath.

Our house is not beachfront, but a 3 minute walk to the Beach.
We are located in a gated community, and the gate is locked every day at 8pm. It is critical that guests arrive before 8pm at check-in day.
This home is professionally managed. We are a friendly team of folks who look after this beautiful property while the owners are away. We ask you to keep in mind, this is a private home which the owner retreats to. We simply ask that you respect & take care of the property as if it were your own. Let that love flow.
**We are available to you for standard check in times should you require any assistance from 4pm - 6pm. For after these hours we may be available for emergencies only and only then via Airbnb message app. We apologize if this causes any issues, but please consider this ahead of booking. Likewise, please advise us before traveling, on your estimated time of arrival so we can accommodate if possible.
This is a very quiet residential street and is not a house for gatherings but rather quiet relaxation.
There is no TV in the house. If you are looking to disconnect and unwind, this is the perfect place for you to stay.
Our house is the first house of the 12 homes community which means it is closer to the PCH and some road noise can be heard in both bedrooms.
We are located in a gated community, and the gate is locked every day at 8pm. It is critical that guests arrive before 8pm at check-in day.
By booking this home you agree to the rules and conditions denoted below. Should there be a conflict between the Airbnb Terms and Conditions, and those listed herein, then the terms most favorable to us as the Host shall take effect.
RENTAL TERMS AND CONDITIONS
Definitions:
"My People". Shall include myself, my spouse, legal partner, guests, invitees, licensees, children, wards, heirs, assigns, personal representatives and estate, if any.
NO REFUNDS - Even the best or newest home has equipment that may occasionally malfunction and cannot be guaranteed operational 100% of the time. We promise to act immediately to remedy any issues, however, we do not relocate or issue refunds due to malfunctioning equipment or any other guest dissatisfaction or due to construction noise or any other items out of our control, unless the home is considered uninhabitable.
No one likes rules, least of all, us -- but we do have a few requirements so that the home is in as perfect a shape for each guest as possible.
- Please respect check-in and checkout times. Check-in: 4pm-8pm. Checkout: 11am
- Primary renter must be over the age of 25, have a fully verified profile and previous positive reviews inside Airbnb.
- The maximum occupancy for the property may not be exceeded at any time.
- Host may request a photocopy of the renter's ID for verification before check-in.
- All rentals with 28+ nights require a rental agreement signed naming and identifying all adult occupants (must present valid ID).
- This is a private property and the host reserves the right to access the property at any time to perform maintenance repairs necessary or requested by the renter.
- Maintenance/Vendors schedule: we are unable to offer refunds or credits for inconveniences due to scheduling and maintenance done during your stay. Guests should understand that such vendors must be able to access the home as well as service the property so we request that our maintenance teams are not turned away if they should overlap your stay.
- Absolutely no parties or loud music.
- This is a NON-SMOKING property.
- This is a pet-friendly spot. If you are allergic or don't like pets, this might not be a good fit!
PET POLICY:
-One adult dog up to 50lbs allowed. Cats are not allowed anytime.
-Dog must be house and potty trained and cannot be left alone or on furniture.
-Pet fee is required and non refundable
-Guest assumes full responsibility for all and any damage caused by the pet during the stay. Pet fee is not meant to cover accidents to carpets and/or furniture, nor picking up after your dog or excessive fur cleaning; pet owner will be held responsible for all and any damages.
-If pets were to be brought without our consent and knowledge, guests will have to pay twice the pet fee or will have their reservation canceled immediately.
PET ETIQUETTE:
-Control their barking - if you have a loud dog, please never leave it in the home alone.
-Don’t let them treat everything like a fire hydrant (inside and outside the home).
-Play is fun, but silence is golden - be respectful of the neighbors.
-Keep them on leash while outside the home.
-Always pick up after your dog.
-Wash those paws and minimize bringing messes inside the home.

Any payments you make are non-refundable. Please read the cancellation policy carefully before booking and consider purchasing travel insurance (Section 2).
Depending on certain circumstances and at Air Concierge’s sole discretion and goodwill Air Concierge may issue you a future travel credit for use at properties within the Air Concierge network as your sole and exclusive remedy (which are subject to certain restrictions set forth at issuance including that travel credits are non-transferable and must be used 2 years from issuance).
You are releasing Air Concierge and the homeowner from certain types of liability and agreeing to assume certain risks on behalf of yourself and each individual present during the stay (Sections 12 & 13); you are aware that traveling may increase your risk of contracting COVID-19.
This Agreement requires claims to be resolved through Arbitration (Section 17).
This Agreement contains a Jury Trial wavier and a Class action waiver (Section 19).

BOOKING TRANSACTION. This Agreement is between Air Concierge, Inc a California corporation doing business in Washington State as Air Concierge Washington, Inc, (together “Air Concierge”) and the individual completing this booking transaction for the Vacation Rental (“you” or “Guest”). Air Concierge represents the owner of the Vacation Rental (your “Host”). Air Concierge provides the Vacation Rental subject to the terms of this Agreement. You agree that you will be present at the Vacation Rental for the entire duration of the reservation and that you will be responsible for the actions and behavior of each individual present at the Vacation Rental during your stay. This includes ensuring everyone in your party or otherwise present at the Vacation Rental (each an “occupant”) is aware of and in compliance with the terms identified in this Agreement. If you are bringing a minor as an occupant, you acknowledge and agree that you are solely responsible for the supervision of that minor throughout the duration of your stay and agree to the terms of this Agreement on each minor’s behalf.
PAYMENT TERMS & CANCELLATION. The total amount due, including the base rates, taxes, and fees are displayed on the checkout webpage for the Vacation Rental. A portion of your total payment may be due upon checkout, as indicated in the “amount to be charged now” line. Summary: The house is located in a great neighborhood with stellar beach access. There were quite a few little things that were off putting however. We rented the house four a friends weekend with another couple. -the outdoor area seemed like it hadn’t been tended to for months. There were red stains on the outdoor sun loungers. The outdoor table only had two chairs that we had to bring down from the upstairs patio. The patio otherwise had no furniture. Turns an otherwise great patio and makes it somewhat useless. -Several Cabinets in the kitchen were falling off hinges. There were two total coffee mugs in the house, though the rental company did Amazon additional mugs halfway through our stay. -There was no wine opener in the house…this too was remedied on night 3….i find it odd that a vacation house would have zero wine openers. -There were two total rolls of TP in the house for a five night stay with 4 adults. This was not remedied and required a trip to the store. -the bathroom sink upstairs had a broken drain. It drained okay but was yet another disappointment. Nothing felt unsafe or sketchy it was just in general disrepair. For the price we paid per night you expect a small rental house to be fairly dialed. It was overall quite disappointing and not up to the ‘5-star rating’ that the management company continued to request throughout our stay.
