This spacious, airy and luxurious home boasts 4 bedrooms, 2.5 bath plus outdoor shower is gated, private and secure. Panoramic valley, mountain and city views of San Isidro de el General. Sleeps 6-8 people comfortably.
All utilities included, high speed Wi-Fi w/Booster, hot water, electricity and cable TV.
Dedicated office space, hot tub/plunge pool, well stocked kitchen and laundry room. Cool and refreshing, not hot and humid, only 10 minutes to major city with all modern services and shops, including the largest farmers market in Costa Rica every Wednesday-Saturday.
NO 4x4 needed and bus route is within walking distance and is reliable and consistent. Corner stores and small restaurants also within walking distance or a short 2-5 minutes drive. Plenty of daily wildlife visitors including a resident sloth that lives on the property. Food forest/garden, yoga/viewing deck, light gym and beach equipment also available for use.
DVD library, dart board, books, dice, cards available for entertainment. Amazing night sky, outdoor seating space, fire pits and hammocks throughout the property.
