Interior features a large spacious family room, three bedrooms, two bathrooms, full kitchen, sunroom, and a covered front porch with porch swing. Sleeps up to 7 comfortably (two queens, three twins)!
Enjoy access to 1-acre private pond in the front yard and section of nearby 10-acre lake for shore fishing (catch & release). Backyard is fully wooded, with a trail leading to paved bike trail (over 135 miles of bikeways in Madison County)! Easily bike 3 miles to Hamel for ice cream, or 6 miles to historic Edwardsville's Main Street.

Summary: We had a great stay. Very peaceful, quiet and relaxing. It was great to sit on the porch, watch the water and hear all the frogs, bugs and looking for lightning bugs. Loved the place.
