The residence has air conditioning (even though really not needed as so close to the beach that the residence enjoys the cool ocean breezes) This is a gardener's paradise - featuring a raised vegetable garden for planting and one dozen fruit trees - lemon, avocado, orange, fig, lime, tangerine. Enjoy your gardening passion with the freedom to plant in the garden. Accommodations are a 1 bedroom/1 bath with large living/dining/kitchen area and private fenced in yard with fig and fruit trees, outdoor dining table, BBQ, outdoor couches and lounge chairs. All appliances and designer furnishings in this sophisticated contemporary are newer. The granite countertop kitchen is fully equipped with dining table and an island area for eating and cooking. Free Direct TV and WiFi Internet come with the rental. The unit also includes a washer and dryer.
The retreat has off-street parking for one car as well as on street parking and a public lot just a short block away. Parking is free.
Housekeeping every other week for monthly stays is included. Additional housekeeping is available.
