Summary: We picked this property due to the proximity to Rocky Top Sports World, but we loved the area over all. House was clean and as expected. The only thing negative we encountered was at night, you could hear the people next door on their porch very loudly because the houses are so close. It wasn't a huge deal to us but keep that in mind if you're looking for a quiet, peaceful getaway. Overall, we would definitely stay here again!
