X 12ft. steps down to 3rd Level deck 31ft. X 9ft. ONLY 7ft. above water & 2' above river White Water. ** Just added a** HUMAN TOUCH MASSAGE CHAIR ** 1-13-15 ALL my other rentals have them They are a Rave.
