You'll enjoy privacy, with no backyard neighbors. This is our second home. It has been designed with attention to detail and filled with quality furnishings. Having an owner managed home makes all the difference. Since we stay at the home regularly, we care about the little things. Summary: We booked this for our annual family reunion in St George and this did not disappoint. Location: Wow, right off the freeway, yet very quiet neighborhood up against the hillside. Located in Washington to get away from all the busy St George traffic, yet close to shopping and stores 3-4 miles away. The house is big and spacious. Plenty of room for everyone! How many rental homes do you know that have kayaks to use? This one does. How many rental homes have a commercial ice maker in the garage to fill up your ice chests with? This one does. How many rental homes have amazing showers with lots of water pressure? This one does. How many rental homes have sound machines in each room? This one does. How many rental homes have water toys, lazy river floaties? This one does. The house was super clean, and well stocked with so many applicances, spices, soap, etc. The community pool is super fun with a big lazy river and waterslide. Host was extremely responsive to any questions before and during our visit. Every aspect of our stay was amazing. Excellent stay!
