Summary: Overall the place is quaint. It's in the basement of a house so you hear the people walking, running above you but not too much conversation. The neighborhood is quiet. Not sure it was worth the price I paid but it was comfortable and met our needs. There's a washer and dryer in the unit but they aren't plugged in. I liked that they supplied the fridge and some cups, forks and coffee but since the flooring is carpeted I worried about making anything or prepping food for fear of dropping stuff so we mostly ate out. You don't have control of the heat or AC but I felt it was comfortable enough. I was a bit cold at night and early morning but there was an extra blanket and under the covers it was comfortable. I would have liked a bedside lamp on each side and extension cords by the bed to make it easy to charge phones.
