Our town is home to many summer festivals & community events including Art Night Out & the Peach Festival. Minutes to Boulder and hiking in the foothills. Lafayette is also 30 minutes from the Denver scene. This cozy studio is close to everything, yet feels like a quiet hideaway when it's time to relax in your private space.
This is a private basement studio on the lower level of our home. There's a kitchenette for your use with a fridge, microwave and coffee and tea for the morning. There's no TV in the space but the WIFI is available for any devices you want to bring. There are also games and books for you to peruse. There is a flagstone patio for you to enjoy the beautiful Colorado weather, and feel free to explore shared backyard garden and firepit. Since this space is at ground level and our home is above, you may hear some footsteps from time to time.
