The beautiful main villa at Casa Alvarado is perfect for an intimate and secluded getaway with family or close friends, where you can wake up to a glorious sunrise, relax on a beach that’s virtually your own, and count shooting stars at the end of each perfect day.
The moment you walk through the door, you are welcomed with breathtaking views of a pristine cove of the Sea of Cortez. The villa at Casa Alvarado boasts a spacious kitchen that opens up to the living room and dining area, all leading directly to the patio, where you’ll be welcomed with unobstructed ocean views and a magnificent staircase down to your private pool, that is just steps away from a private sandy beach with natural reef and turtle preserve.
The villa accommodates up to 12 guests in 4 spacious bedrooms. There are 2 bedrooms on the main level and 2 bedrooms on the ground level that have private entrances. On each level, one of the bedrooms has a king bed and en-suite bathroom, and the other bedroom has two double beds and a bathroom.
The villa at Casa Alvarado offers everything you’ll need for an unforgettable vacation. Relax by the pool overlooking the ocean, snorkel and stand up paddleboard in calm, protected waters, and admire the whales spouting as you drink your morning coffee. Other activities include shelling, scuba, kayaking, and fishing. A three-minute walk to Punta Pescadero Paradise Hotel
adds horseshoes, tennis, basketball, a bar with wide-screen TV, and restaurant meals. Best of all, there’s a paved community airstrip for your private plane.
We offer daily housekeeping and property management. Upon booking, you will receive wonderful sources for transportation, fishing excursions with pick up at the casa, day trips to
Bay of Dreams by boat, cooking classes, catering, shopping, massages by the pool, an authentic Mexican fiesta or ATV's delivered to the House!. The property manager is always available and checks in daily with guests.

Summary: We had a great week at Casa . The location is amazing. It is on a protected beach on the Sea of Cortez. The beach is very quiet and the sunrises each morning were amazing! We were fortunate to see whales, dolphins , and jumping rays right in front of our rental. We would highly recommend this property!
