Come and stay at this newly updated, private 3BR/3BA 2 story home located in the quiet community of Seatown in west end Panama City Beach.
Enjoy a 5 minute walk to the beach and a short 10 minute drive to Pier Park and other popular Panama City Beach attractions. The house has 3 bedrooms, 3 bathrooms, and a sleeper sofa (comfortably sleeps 10). The upper balcony connects to the front bedroom. The kitchen is large and fully stocked with granite counter tops, stainless steel appliances, bar seating, and a table set for 4. A washer and dryer are located in the master bathroom and available for use during your stay. There are smart TVs in each of the bedrooms and living room along with free WiFi access. The house has a private backyard area with gazebo seating and grill (gas and charcoal) access. There is plenty of parking available with 2 driveways to comfortably accommodate guests.

Summary: This property is an excellent choice for our party of three couples. Each had their own full bathroom attached to their bedroom. Accommodations were exactly as pictured in photos. The host was responsive and check in/out instructions were easy. Location has great walk ability to beach and restaurants. Neighborhood is super nice and quiet. Would definitely recommend for future stays.
