As you enter into this charming home head upstairs to the main living area where you will find a bright and beautiful open concept living area. This space is complete with a newly renovated kitchen with all the comforts of home, dining area for 6 people and a spacious living room with woodstove and reading nook. This space is also accented by slider doors that lead out to a sunny deck on the front of the house and a more private smaller deck off the dining area complete with bistro outdoor dining set and grill. Make your way down the stairs to the backyard that is fully hardscaped with a private outdoor entertainment area with gas fireplace and seating.
When it is time to rest your head after a fun filled day in the Valley, make your way downstairs to the lower level where you will find 3 bedrooms and a full bath. The first bedroom includes a double/full bed (sleeps 2) with TV, the second bedroom has a twin size bunk bed (sleeps 2) and the master bedroom with queen size bed (sleeps 2) with TV and laundry room off the master.
Enjoy the comfort of air conditioning in the summer with a convenient mini-split system.
