With 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, multiple decks, and access to the fresh water of Lake Ontario, this place will soon become your favourite getaway to find peace while also being able to discover the many amazing things 'the county' has to offer!
Our place is open all year long. It is a great getaway for all seasons, from Summer by the lake on the dock, to Winter by the fireplace.
Dock installed mid May until early October, pending water levels in Lake Ontario. Water shoes recommended in lake.
Guests will have the entire property to themselves.
We do not accept pets, due to severe allergies.
We do not accept parties, bachelor/bachelorette parties.
Prinyers Lake House is committed to zero waste. Kindly consider planning to bring as little waste with you as possible as garbage collection is complicated in our region.
There is unlimited recycling available, it is picked up on Monday. There will be instructions to bag your recycling and we will ask you to leave it curbside if your rental falls on a Sunday or Monday. If not, it can be left in the garage.
If your rental falls on a Wednesday, we have curbside trash collection, max 2 bags with a bag tag we provide. Bags must be put out by 8am on Wednesday, not the evening before. If not, renters are permitted to leave 1 bag of trash in the garage after their rental. We kindly ask you take any additional with you. Transfer stations are only open Saturday and Wednesday in Picton.
