Single storey house, not terraced and fenced, located in Saint Victor la Coste, a charming little village in the Gard, 20 minutes from Avignon, Uzès and 45 minutes from Nîmes, in the heart of the Côtes du Rhône vineyards.
A 10 min walk, in the heart of the village, dominated by a rocky peak on which stand the ruins of a fortified castle, you will find the essentials: bakery, pharmacy, mini-market, post office, tobacco shop and a cafe / restaurant.
Supermarkets, petrol station, bank and shops are 10 minutes away by car.
The house has a large living room: living / dining room with TV / DVD and fireplace, as well as an equipped open-plan kitchen, overlooking the garden and the swimming pool.
There are 3 bedrooms, 2 shower rooms, 2 WCs and a utility room:
