Our home is only 15 minutes from Colloca Estate Winery, great for your wedding guests stay.Great area for relaxing, fishing, boating, and taking in the lake life moments of Sodus Bay near by. You can also take a day and travel to the several wineries and breweries nestled in the Finger Lakes Region.This is a recently renovated home with three bedrooms and several modern details. Summary: I was celebrating my daughter graduating from College and even though it was 40 minutes away from her University, the drive was worth it!! the Lake house was as stunning as the pictures portrayed. Everything was spotless and the decor was spectacular. the views from the living room and sunroom were amazing. My daughters spent the day on Mothers day as we did brunch and it was a great way to celebrate while sitting in the sunroom enjoying family time. the neighborhood was so peaceful. Absolutely loved the property. the Ercan Family was amazing and touched base with the check in process and made the process flawless. Thank you Ercan family for sharing your home with my family.
