This spacious 3 bedroom/2 bath pool view condo is in the heart of the World's largest medical Centre. This location includes activities like Hermann Park, The Museum District, Reliant Park and The Houston Zoo. In Rice Village, you can take advantage of countless shopping, dining, and entertainment options just a few minutes from your front door. It is also only a 5 minute drive from The Texas Medical Centre, which is the largest medical centre in the world. Downtown Houston is only 10 minutes from this property. Galveston is only 30 minutes away.
You can relax pool side or read a novel on our comfy couches under the vine shaded pergolas. How about joining our complimentary sessions of Yoga or check out our 24 hour gym? The property offers catered monthly breakfast in the Club Room, daily movie rentals, resident business center with wifi, package acceptance and delivery service and a library of resident book swaps. It also has 24 hour emergency maintenance, on site courtesy officer and valet waste pick up at your door five days a week. The complex also has a recreation center where you can relax with your friends and family. It also has a business centre where you will have access to computers, printers and fax machine 24-hours a day. In the condo, you will have access to wireless internet, cable TV and washer/dryer.
