The Space:
Come stay with us and enjoy spending the day lounging by the pool, enjoying the views from the front porch, or walking only one mile to explore the adorable downtown Black Mountain or drive 15 miles to Asheville. In the evenings make memories with friends and family in the hot tub, sitting at the fire pit, laughing around the designated board game table, or in the basement playing ping pong, putt putt, retro video games, and darts! The open layout of the main living space is perfect for spending quality time together, and has an inviting atmosphere that will feel good to spend time in. The back deck and yard are spacious, with a private hot tub, pool, and fire pit! With 3 bedrooms, each having a queen bed, this home comfortably sleeps 6 guests with an additional sleeping arrangement (futon) in the furnished basement. At the end of the day enjoy watching your favorite streaming platforms on any of the three Smart TVs.

The Neighborhood:
Located only a mile from Downtown Black Mountain in a quiet and safe neighborhood, this home is in a great spot! Lake Tomahawk is .2 miles away. On the way you'll pass by tennis courts, basketball courts, and a sports field. A short 20 minute walk will take you right into downtown Black Mountain with its many top restaurants, local breweries, and coffee shops!
Getting Around:
There is plenty to do within walking distance, but you will likely want to have your own form of transportation.
Other Things to Note:
Hot Tub available year round (pictures coming soon) and the pool will be available to enjoy during the summer months! Futon available in basement with bedding provided.
We allow up to two pets per stay! We will charge an additional fee of $150 per pet.

Summary: We enjoyed a fun filled week at this fabulous house! We did encounter a few problems upon arrival but that had nothing to do with the owner as the previous renters were totally disrespectful to the property and all issues were handled quickly. Super great communication with the owner. Once we were settled in, it was the best week ever and I do mean the best!! The house has everything you need, from kitchen ware, smallwares, laundry pods and even the added touch of shampoo/conditioner/body wash dispensers in the bathrooms. The pool and hot tub were amazing as we spent the majority of our time outside and enjoyed the firepit one nite too. The very spacious gameroom and bunkbeds downstairs was a huge hit with the boys. We loved the fact that the kitchen was open to the living area and we could all spend time cooking, singing, talking , watching tv and playing games. It's just a short drive to the grocery and to the cute little town of Black Mountain where there is plenty of old town charm and stores. If I could make one suggestion it would be this, a larger outside table and chairs to sit at least 6-8 people to enjoy outside dining under the wonderful covered deck. Definitely talking about returning next year once we figure out our dates as this house is spot on. Thank you again for the amazing communication!
