Close to many attractions like Elkhart Lake, Road America, Mercury Racing Midwest Challenge, Whistling Straits, Blackwolf Run, Lake Michigan Fishing, Wade House, Kettle Moraine Forest with hiking, biking, snowmobiling and a scenic drive. Close to many beautiful lakes and golf courses. Only a 45 minute drive to EAA for the aviation event. Peaceful home on 40 acres for your privacy. Large paved private parking area for your trailer if needed. Completely renovated including new hardwood flooring, just finished in January 2023.
This is a 1st time offering on this completely furnished private country home for your relaxing stay in Sheboygan County.
House has central air conditioning , three season room has windows with screens.
Family room has all new furniture and one sofa is a sleeper sofa. The family room has a 65 inch Smart tv.
Enjoy the 3 sided gas fireplace from the kitchen, dining room and living room.
Bedrooms have queen beds with new mattresses and box springs along with high end bedding. Each bedroom has a Smart tv.
The full bathroom has a 48 inch stand alone shower with Kohler fixtures and a stand alone soaking tub.
It also has a double vanity with Kohler fixtures.
All towels are also supplied for our guests.
Kitchen has stainless steel appliances, Kuerig coffee maker, new dishes, silverware , cutlery, cookware.

The kitchen and dining room tables seats up to 12 people if you want to invite family or guests for a meal or gathering.
