The double story house is in the exclusive Brackenridge Nature Reserve Estate. Set in the heart of South Africa's beautiful Garden Route next to Plettenberg Bay Golf Course. Only 5 minutes drive to the main beaches and town centre.
All downstairs living areas, the kitchen as well as 4 of the upstairs bedrooms (and 2 of the bathrooms! ) have lovely, unobstructed views over a majestic valley with its indigenous fynbos vegetation as well as views towards the Indian Ocean, the iconic Beacon Isle Resort and mountains beyond! These areas also all have double doors leading out onto patios / balconies. The 6th bedroom is downstairs with no view but still with double doors onto patio area.
The property has a large double garage and additional private parking for 2 more cars.
Wood BBQ & large gas BBQ/rotisserie with patio furniture provided.
Good size swimming pool with safety net as well as large flat grassed areas.
Linen, bath towels and beach towels are all provided.
Full satellite flat screen TV and DVD in both living areas.
