Positive: This is our 2nd visit to the beach house. We love the views from the deck, sunrise and sunset. The only thing that didn't work was the fireplace. That would have been nice in February. We enjoyed our stay!
Negative: Fireplace didn't work. We both thought the sheets were rough not soft and smooth.
