GARAGE GAME ROOM: Laundry area w/ washer & dryer, Pac-Man arcade, foosball, skee ball machine, cornhole, darts, giant Jenga, giant Twister, giant Connect 4, bowling game, Chess, record player, weights, and a lounging area.
BACKYARD & FRONT YARD:
Enjoy our putting green, bocce ball, fire pit, lounge chairs, BBQ, drink cooler, large dining table, umbrellas, and playhouse. We even installed an outdoor shower to clean off after the pool or ocean. The landscape crew comes on Wednesday from 2-3 pm.
POOL & HOT TUB:
Our newly renovated pool is surrounded by a paradise of palm trees, hanging lights, & lounge chairs. The newly renovated hot tub is connected to the pool. IMPORTANT: If you'd like to warm up the pool, we charge $150 daily. The hot tub is free to use. Our pool has a safety fence, but please watch your children always.
*We have a pool maintenance guy who comes every Thursday at noon.
BEACH SUPPLIES:
Use our boogie boards, wetsuits, beach chairs, beach wagon, and beach toys for your beach adventures. We have recommendations on the best beaches and food spots. Enjoy our outdoor shower to clean off your feet
*Please clean off the backyard before going into the home.
NEARBY ATTRACTIONS:
Beaches, Oceanside Pier, Legoland, Disneyland (less than an hour), San Diego Zoo, SeaWorld, Parlour Doughnuts, & amazing tacos.
HOME TRUTHS:
-This mid-century California home doesn't have traditional light switches for the rooms, but there are lamps in every bedroom.
-We have two bathrooms but only one upstairs.
-Palm leaves do fall into the pool sometimes. We get our pool cleaned weekly.
PARKING DETAILS:
Three cars will fit in the driveway.

The Pink Paradise Inn is a smoke-free property. Violation of the no-smoking policy will result in forfeiture of the security deposit, a $300 smoking fee, and liability damage costs.
QUIET HOURS:
We want to respect our neighbors. Quiet hours (9 pm-8 am) are strictly enforced—no speakers or sound systems on our property. Violation of noise ordinances will be subject to fines reaching up to $10,000 per violation. We've equipped this home with a Minut sensor to ensure you have a wonderful stay. It monitors noise, occupancy, and temperature. Minute is camera free and 100% privacy-safe.
Events or parties are not allowed. Any parties or events will be shut down, and a fine will be assessed.
We want you to have the best time and feel safe when illness and covid are high. We've enhanced our cleaning and sanitation protocols and are taking extra care to disinfect ALL surfaces between reservations.
