Log building 1991, 38 m², renovation 2016, living room/kitchen convertible sofa (140 cm), alcove with door double bed, sauna, washroom/WC, open porch. Gas grill, coffee maker and radio in the grill house. Nice cottage on a sunny plot. Level, grassed, very well maitained yard area. Plot has roofed grill and craggy old pines. A long solid earth jetty on the shore. Water in the lake is dark coloured, rich in humus.
Lake Ala-Ruokovesi has canal connection with Lake Pieni-Ruokovesi. Both lakes have good zander stocks. Canal area is about 350 m long, distance from the cottage about 50 m.
