4 Bedroom Villa in Seminyak

Our villa located in Petitenget, is ideal for a family holiday or a getaway with friends. It is a very desired location, due to its proximity with the beach (a few hundred meters away), shops, and best restaurants (traditional and modern) from the south of the island.
We would be happy to share with you our pleasant villas. If you would like to stay in Bali or near ( Ubud, Lovina , Amed , Gili .. ), we will be happy to arrange this for you
The villa is a beautiful tropical ground-floor house, and while it is very typical (Alang-Alang roof, teck floor, and fine Merbau wood structure…),.
After a day of sight-seeing, excursions or shopping, you will enjoy relaxing in the gazebo/bale which overlooks the swimming pool (8m x 4m) in the lush garden of 800m2.
Our villa is composed of a large living-area of over 80m2 which includes a nice dining area and convivial fully-equipped kitchen.
Three rooms are adjoining the living area :
All 3 rooms are air-conditioned, two of which share a bathroom with double sink-bassins, while the 3rd room has its own bathroom with tub. The bay windows open towards the swimming pool and tropical garden.
More intimate, the fourth room is located in an independent pavilion, which is inspired by the small javanese houses made out of teck wood. It has its own semi-open bathroom.
House staff:
- 1 house maid 6days/7 : Nyoman will look after the house-hold (cleaning the dishes, making the beds, changing the linen…). She can also assist with grocery shopping and preparing breakfasts. If needed, she can also take your clothes to the laundry (quick and cheap service).
- Pool and garden maintenance

Summary: Arriving at the villa we were greeted by Agus (Manager) and Putu (House Keeper) both were very helpful during our stay, The villa is beautiful and rustic, so if you are looking for something brand spanking new then this is not for you. There were ants in the kitchen sink but as the lounge/dining room is open we didn't mind this, you just need to ensure everything is covered up. I gave 4 stars for cleanliness due to the fact that there were some cobwebs in lights, under table which haven't been cleaned for a long time. The rooms and bathrooms were clean.The garden and pool were beautiful. The one down side of the villa which can sleep 8 people only has 2 sun loungers and 1 double bed under pergola. The sun loungers are uncomfortable and very low so no good for someone elderly. We used bean bags in the end which we found on the mezzanine level. There were 2 safes in the property but only 1 worked, the other one was not fixed during our time there.The shower head in the bathroom didn't run very well and we informed manager of this but this wasn't fixed during our time there, however both these issues weren't a massive issue as we were able to use the 1 safe and we used the bathroom in the separate hut which was lovely. Overall the villa is amazing and anyone would love it if you know what to expect. Seminyak was not for us too much traffic, too busy and more for the younger backpackers, however the area of where the villa was is quieter with access to the beach which is lovely.
