PET FRIENDLY - This Off-ocean, 3rd row house has easy access to the beach. 5 bedrooms (4 main, 1 ground level) and 3 baths (2 main, 1 down). Bed Sizes on the Main Floor: 1 King, 1 Queen, 2 Doubles, and Set of Bunks (S) Bed Sizes on the Ground Floor: 1 Queen. The Ground Floor bedroom has outside access only. Updated kitchen, and a new room addition! A den provides more space for family and friends! This home will bring back your childhood memories at the beach. The classic "Litchfield" style floor plan has the living area, dining and kitchen in the middle with bedrooms on each side, and pine tongue and groove paneling in the living area and bedrooms. The renovated kitchen has Quartz counter tops, stainless appliances and a center island with breakfast bar and beverage refrigerator. The new den has a TV and opens to a wonderful screened porch with rocking chairs and a dining table. Perfect for summertime meals and your favorite beverages after a day on the beach. Four bedrooms on the main floor share a bath. The ground floor has one bedroom, bath and laundry room. Amenities Include: Cable TVS, DVD, and Internet, Outside Shower, Dishwasher, Microwave, New Washer/Dryer, Ceiling Fans, and Central AC/Heat. Pet Friendly with Applicable Fees. No smoking Linens Not Included Max Capacity: 12 Distance to the Beach: 2.5 minutes Saturday to Saturday Rental Linen Packages or Individual Sheets and Towel Sets may be arranged through The Dieter Company by request. CANCELLATION & TRANSFER requests must be in writing. Payments cannot be transferred and Guest may not assign or sublease. All refunds that are not covered by insurance are subject to the property and dates being re-rented. If re-rented for less money, the shortage will be deducted from your total.
