Summary: We loved our 2nd stay at this property! The condo itself, although it could use a little updating, is beautiful, CLEAN. and has a beautiful view of the ocean! The property is also beautiful and is in a great location. We LOVE the Litchfield/Pawley's area and this place is perfect if you want to simply relax at the beach. Our only big complaint is that we thoroughly read the details to ensure our infant grandson could get in the adult pool with us. It clearly stated that swim diapers must be used in the pool. We were disappointed to arrive at the pool to see signs posted saying "no swim diapers in the pool." What?!?! Again, we specifically researched this prior to our booking in order to ensure that it wouldn't be a problem. We brought it to the attention of our rental company and were told that the policy changes with the change of the management company and the "swim diapers policy" applies to the baby pool, not the main pool, This was not how it was stated at the time of our booking and we were very disappointed. Other than that, we loved our stay.
