There is a 10x20 RV pad with 30A hookup available for extra. No dump station. Two kayaks, fish cleaning table, fire pit, horseshoes, cornhole, netted gazebo, smartTV, propane grill, board games, and hammock. Laundry inside. 1 dog (50lbs).
WW Springs Park- 3 min drive. Rogers Park - 6 mins /Jenkins, & Linda P are 7 mins. Bayport Park 10 min.

Summary: Small but layout was great. Quiet and the sky is pitch black at night. Small patio in the back is screened in. Bed was so wonderful it was hard for us to get out of it. Kitchen has everything you need even Keurig so make sure to bring coffee. Owner was great and so was communication. For us the location was wonderful. We will be staying there from now till my Mom passes.
