Summary: This is a cozy farmhouse style home on 3 acres. It is an older home but is very comfortable, with 2 living rooms and another seating area. It is well furnished, with most everything you would need. You feel out in the country, but can be in Prescott in less than 20 minutes for groceries or to eat out. The view of Granite Mountain from the outdoor seating areas is wonderful. I would definitely stay here again.
