Positive: Location was great. One block from our favorite breakfast place Shykatz.
Negative: The clothes washer and microwave were on the blink. We really didn’t need to do laundry but missed the microwave.
Summary: Very comfortable and quiet. Loved having coffee each morning on the front porch.
