Convenient access to I-25 will make your visit to Denver easy to navigate, situated just 8 min from Wash Park, 15 min from Downtown & Empower Field, and 25 min from Red Rocks. Ample & private outdoor space including a trampoline and swing set offers entertainment while you’re relaxing at the house between excursions.
Home includes 4 bedrooms with 2 Kings & 2 Queens plus a dedicated office space - all you need!
Just off I-25 on the south side of Denver with neighborhood access to the Highline Canal biking/walking trail
The Denver lightrail station is within walking distance from the house, but car transportation is easiest for your stay.

Summary: Great location, great host, great property. We stayed for 3 nights for my daughter’s wedding. It was clean, easy to access and a great location to have friends visit and to get ready for the wedding. Will definitely stay again if ever in town.
