Summary: What a wonderful cabin on the lake! The home has a vintage vibe with all the conveniences of modern technology! It was a great time to be a little secluded from the normal hustle and bustle of everyday life.The home reminds me of the construction methods and materials of my youth. Tasteful decoration makes it feel extremely welcoming. The internet is very fast and easy to use. The television has a box where I don’t have to sign in and out of all my entertainment apps. However, the home provides much other things to do that minimize the need for television!There are both covered and uncovered porches on the home that face the lake. A wonderful grill is strategically placed on the covered porch. The grill was modern, clean and ready to use. The kitchen is tastefully equipped for meals, so all I had to do was bring my own groceries and cook as if I was at my own home.If you prefer morning coffee near the water as I do, there is ample room on the dock to sit and enjoy the morning. The water is deep at the dock and offers a supreme swimming experience, although the water was a bit chilly in April. If you have a boat or jet ski, there are boat ramps conveniently located nearby and ample space to dock on the property. The neighborhood dead ends on a peninsula, so the traffic is light or absent for runs or walks. The scenery is pleasant to take in. In summation, this home is the perfect getaway to rest your soul from a busy world!
