Excellent amenities for indoor and outdoor living Including smart TVs, portable crib, high chair, board games , and outdoor area of covered outdoor cooking and dinning and fire pit with chairs and out door lighting. Outdoor areas has covered cooking and dining area with gas grill with propane provided and smart tv. Fire pit area has seating and outdoor lighting. Master bedroom: king size bed with bathroom and shower, second bedroom: queen bed, third bedroom: is bunkbeds with a twin over queen with twin trundle. Second bathroom is with tub shower combo. Living room has sectional and smart TV. All rooms have smart TVs , kitchen has cooking basics of pots and pans, stove, oven, refrigerator, microwave, coffee pot, Keurig, toaster, dish ware and flatware. Included in this property is free Wi-Fi, keyless entry, toilet paper, paper towels, trash bags, linens, and towels. Home has central heat and air. Parking: has parking for three vehicles, and one boat and trailer, no boat parking under cover porch area , this property has a shared driveway with the owners home. 2 pet allowed at a time, house broke pets only and no puppies.
