Positive: Staff is extremely responsive and helpful. Space clean and functional as pictured. Good location, quiet neighborhood, under flight path.
Negative: There is no way to control indoor temperature. We had to send a message to the host to have settings adjusted. No additional blankets available in unit but hosts had upstairs folks bring blankets down. Pillows were very hard and uncomfortable.
