It is beautifully furnished and offers a king-size bed in the master bedroom with a private bath, a full-size kitchen with stainless steel appliances and granite counter tops. It is the only unit in Perdido Sun with a large, completely private deck area with ocean views. It is also impeccably appointed with high-end furnishings. Lastly, this unit no longer has a pull-out couch so can only sleep 2 maximum.
The complex includes 24 hour front desk and security, large indoor and outdoor pools, large Jacuzzi hot tub, lawn area with picnic and recreation facilities, 2 boardwalks over the dunes to 200 feet of white sand beach front.
