Summary: It was a mistake to book this place and a total waste of money. Unfortunately my booking was paid in advance for 8 night stay. I won't recommend it. I checked in late about 2AM due to flight delay. Owners were kind to meet us to provide the key to the unit, but CHARGED me for their time to come hand the key. They asked for cash. This "studio penthouse" SMELLS. Luckily there was a hotel available close by. Booked it and checked out from this sh't hole in less than 30 mins. One of us met the owners in some corner in Valenzuela and returned their key the next day.
