Positive: This small, attractive house has lovely facilities - a dining area, a kitchenette, spacious gardens with patio - that can be shared among guests. The birds of prey are a welcome bonus, though visiting them is not compulsory. It's probably worth a stay at any time of year.
Negative: The small village setting might not suit everyone. A car is probably desirable. However, Görlitz is not far. We had an issue with a jammed lock to the bedroom door - even late on a Sunday night our hostess had the locksmith out - and access was regained! What happens when a difficulty arises is always a good indicator.
