Positive: The room was very tidy, the owner - very friendly, dogs are allowed for an extra price
Negative: The house itself is very old. I read the reviews, but I didn't expect it to have a specific smell of the old house. I was ok with this and with the old furniture. It has some vibe. But for those with allergies or with higher expectation can be a minus. I found it a bit overpriced for the quality offered
