The home's balcony overlooks the pond where families can enjoy feeding the ducks, fish, and turtles. The kitchen contains a complimentary coffee bar for guests to enjoy. Guests will have access to 2 pools on the property each of which have free Wifi.

Summary: very good location,the kitchen was very disorganized with the pots and pans and had to search for stuff ,was lots of spices ,,no beach towels ,and the wagon needed to have larger wheels ,was hard to go on sand ,may need more dish washing towels in the kitchen , could not find a potatoes peeler ,and only had 1 large coffee cup ,all the others were small and some pots did not have the right size lids and more pot holders would be nice ,the fridge might be too cold the cantaloupe froze in the fridge in the back part of the fridge.and the web site said there was a hot tub ,no hot tub on property and the pool was not heated and duck poop was in the pool ,but over all was a good location ,close to everything,had lots of sand toys .
