Just a FYI -We do not advertise on Craigslist and lastly I highly suggest buying travel insurance to cover for unexpected cancellations at the time you book . We have managed this particular unit since 2013. This condo is very well-stocked compared to most rentals things that in most condos you have to bring with you this has . Beach towels , cleaning supplies the little things that matter . The object of this place is return rentals and when you come in here you will see why. This place has loads of repeat guests for a reason !
There is 2 pools below one of which is heated in the winter there's also an outdoor Jacuzzi on the ground floor level there is a public gym for condo guest use. This Condo is super popular because it is within walking distance of everything in the core of Pensacola beach you can walk to the restaurants and bars you take the elevator downstairs and within 3 to 4 minutes you are are putting your toes in the sand there's no roads to cross.
