3 Bedroom Condo in Gatlinburg

3BR/2BA Pedestal-style (stand-alone) condo sitting atop a beautiful ridge in the Roaring Fork area of Gatlinburg. This condo is part of the Gold Crown TreeTops Resort which offers 3 pools, hot tubs near pools, exercise room, activities center and much more. There is a master BR with king bed, a 2nd BR with a queen bed, and a loft BR with twin beds. The kitchen is fully equipped for use, towels and linens are provided. There is a very nice outdoor grilling and eating area close to the condo. Must be at least 25-years-old to lease and have a valid credit card for check-in. The credit card number is held in the event of damage to the unit; otherwise, there are no charges placed on it since your unit must be paid for through VRBO. Check the reviews for TreeTops on tripadvisor. The resort also has a website for full resort details. 7 nights; Check-in July 19; check-out July 26. This is the only week available.
