Summary: Enjoyed this clean newish 3 bedroom home with a great view from the back deck. Communication with property manager was good. Modern stove and microwave are a little finicky, but functional with well supplied kitchen. Advice: keep all downstairs windows closed and locked when you're not there to prevent wildlife visitors. Large screen TV is great; needed all of our own streaming subscriptions' details as P. S. is in the TV station and news desert that is the Four Corners region. Enjoyed lovely cool summer air at night with upstairs windows wide open; did need earplugs some nights due to not too close neighbors' barking dogs, which seemed to be kept outside sometimes. Could have closed the windows, but, oh, that fresh air! I will be back.
