The Fowler House offers you and yours guests a tranquil stay in a beautiful place. Located just 25 minutes from downtown San Diego, you can choose to stay tucked away in the Jamul foothills, explore world-class local amenities -- hiking, golfing, casinos, vineyards -- or make a short drive to bask in the charms of America's finest city. Come stay with us and relax, explore, or both!
3 bedrooms, 3 full bathrooms, a bonus room set up for children with 2 twin-over-full bunk beds, and another queen sofa bed in the game den. Technically 3 bedrooms but 5 private areas to sleep in! *Please note there are not 5 bedrooms but 5 sleep spaces - please make sure this works for your stay!*
32-foot above-ground pool located in our olive grove. The area features lounge chairs and additional seating with a table for all-day fun in the sun!
Giant front and back patios. The back patio with fenced yard (purrfect for fur babies, additional pet fee applies) features an outside dining table that seats 8 for al fresco dining!
The game room is fully equipped with a TV, shuffleboard, and tons of books and board games that will keep all ages entertained!
The kitchen is a true chef's kitchen, with tons of space, cooking essentials, and a French stove/oven.
Coffee and tea bar, fresh towels, shampoo/conditioner, and body wash are provided for your comfort and convenience. We look forward to hosting you and your guests for a night or more under the stars!

Summary: We stayed at this gorgeous home with a group of 12 — 5 adults and 7 kids ages 8-12. The listing was a bit confusing since it double counted 2 sleeping areas. The area is peaceful and hilly; the grounds are full of olive trees and beautiful landscaping with rose bushes and citrus trees. The kids enjoyed exploring the grounds around the home. Inside, the kitchen was beautiful and well-appointed, and there was a laundry room with an additional fridge/freezer, which was helpful with our large group. The house had 2 rooms with Murphy beds and one room with a king bed, but all the mattresses were comfortable. There also is a bunk room with 2 twin-over-full beds as well as another room with a pull-out sofa bed. We had just enough towels and washcloths, but it would have been nice to have extra blankets since it was quite chilly in the house (58 when we arrived). The shower in the jack and Jill bathroom was dripping, but in general the bathrooms were fine.
